The goal of the Men of Color Forum was to bring members from all parts of the community together to discuss the educational issues facing young men of color in Bridgeport. Adversity to Prosperity had a large role in this Forum; the Harding Football Team was the only group of young men of color at the event of over 300 people. Harding’s transportation to and from the event was funded by Adversity to Prosperity. Adversity to Prosperity Co – Chair, John Ramos, Jr. helped put this forum together and spoke at the event.
